Medgold Completes $500,000 Financing

Vancouver, Canada, October 14, 2015, Medgold Resources Corp. (TSX-V: MED) (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has completed its non-brokered private placement financing of 5.0 million units at $0.10 per unit, for proceeds of $500,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at $0.15 for two years from closing. The units are subject to resale restrictions until January 22, 2016 (as to 210,000 units) and until February 14, 2016 (as to 290,000 units).
The proceeds of the placement are intended to be used towards exploration of the Company’s properties in Europe and for general working capital purposes.
